Disabled Voter Program

Good News!  Cook County is now offering Permanent Vote By Mail.  This option will allow you to vote by mail in all subsequent elections held in Cook County. You will still have the option to vote by mail in a single election if you so choose.

Early Voting

For the February 28, 2023 Consolidated Primary Election, traditional Early Voting will take place February 13 – February 27.

For the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election, traditional Early Voting will take place March 20 – April 3.

As a reminder, voters who participate in Early Voting must vote in person.

Vote By Mail

Mail Ballot applications for the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election will be accepted starting January 4, 2023.

Any registered suburban Cook County voter with a driver’s license, state ID or social security number on file may request a mail ballot using an online or paper application.
