Cook County Clerk David Orr has been named Abdelnasser Rashid his new Deputy Chief of Staff.
“Abdelnasser brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team,” Orr said. “He demonstrated a passion for community engagement and public policy, as well as keen insight into connecting people with the services and information they need. He’s been an invaluable addition to our senior leadership team.”

“I consider it a privilege to have this new challenge at the Clerk’s office,” Rashid said. “I am excited to continue working with our team on innovative ways that the Clerk’s office can engage with and further assist the residents of Cook County.”
He will work closely under the Chief of Staff, Sarah Garza Resnick.
