Did you know that every time you move to a new home, you must re-register to vote at your new address? It's a simple message too often misunderstood by voters.
As we approach Oct. 1 -- traditionally a big moving day -- Cook County Clerk David Orr wants to remind people to update their voter registration if they move.
The Clerk's office has produced a quirky 30-second video called, "Moving Day! Re-Register to Vote!" Please consider using this video as a public service announcement on your station or website.
