Commissioner Collins, seconded by Commissioner Reyes, moved that the request of the Clerk of the Circuit Court be approved, as amended and that the County Procurement Officer be authorized to increase and extend the requested contract.  Commissioner Fritchey called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows: 

ROLL CALL ON THE MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT ADDENDUM

Yeas:       Commissioners Butler, Collins, Daley, Gorman, Goslin, Murphy, Sims, Silvestri and Suffredin - 9.

Nays:      Commissioners Fritchey, Garcia, Reyes and Schneider - 4.

Absent:    Commissioners Beavers, Gainer, Steele and Tobolski - 4.

The motion CARRIED and the Contract Addendum was APPROVED, AS AMENDED.
