Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved that the County Purchasing Agent be authorized to extend the requested contract.  Commissioner Peraica called for a Roll Call, the votes of yeas and nays being as follows:

ROLL CALL ON MOTION TO APPROVE

Yeas: Commissioners Butler, Claypool, Daley, Gainer, Goslin, Moreno and Schneider - 7.

Nays: Commissioners Beavers, Peraica, Reyes, Sims, Steele and Suffredin - 6.
 
Present: Commissioners Gorman and Silvestri - 2.

Absent: Commissioners Collins and Murphy - 2.

The motion to approve CARRIED and the County Purchasing Agent is authorized to extend the requested contract.
