Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Murphy, moved that the contracts and bonds be approved and that the Proper Officials be authorized to sign on behalf of Cook County.  Following discussion, Commissioner Beavers called for a Roll Call on the question to consider Contract No. 11-50-006 with Accenture, LLP, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:

Yeas: Commissioners Butler, Collins, Daley, Fritchey, Gainer, Gorman, Goslin, Murphy, Reyes, Schneider, Silvestri, Sims, Steele, Suffredin and Tobolski - 15.

Nays: Commissioner Collins - 1.

Present: Commissioner Beavers - 1.

The motion to approve Contract No. 11-50-006 CARRIED.

Returning to the main motion, Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Murphy, moved that the contracts and bonds be approved and that the Proper Officials be authorized to sign on behalf of Cook County.  The motion carried.

Commissioner Beavers voted “present”.

Commissioner Collins voted “no”.
