Commissioner Peraica, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved that the Proposed Second Amendment to Lease be referred to the Real Estate & Business & Economic Development Subcommittee. 

Following discussion, Commissioner Gainer, seconded by Commissioner Steele, moved that the Proposed Second Amendment to Lease be approved, and that the Proper Officials be authorized to sign on behalf of Cook County.  Commissioner Peraica called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:

ROLL CALL ON THE MOTION TO APPROVE
THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE

Yeas: Commissioners Beavers, Butler, Claypool, Collins, Daley, Gainer, Gorman, Goslin, Moreno, Murphy, Reyes, Silvestri, Sims, Steele and Suffredin - 15.

Nays: Commissioners Peraica and Schneider - 2.

The motion to approve CARRIED, the Second Amendment to Lease was APPROVED and that the Proper Officials be authorized to sign on behalf of Cook County.
