Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved to approve the Proposed Ordinance Amendment. Commissioner Daley called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:

Yeas: Commissioners Butler, Daley, Fritchey, Gainer, Garcia, Gorman, Goslin, Reyes, Schneider, Silvestri, Suffredin and Tobolski - 12.
Nays: Commissioners Beavers, Collins, Murphy, Sims and Steele - 5.
The motion to approve CARRIED.
Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved to reconsider the motion to approve the Ordinance Amendment. Commissioner Daley called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:

Yeas: Beavers, Collins, Murphy, Sims and Steele - 5.
Nays: Butler, Daley, Fritchey, Gainer, Garcia, Gorman, Goslin, Reyes, Schneider, Silvestri, Suffredin and Tobolski - 12.
The motion to reconsider failed and the Ordinance Amendment was APPROVED AND ADOPTED.
