Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Butler, moved that the Resolution for the Levy of Taxes for the Fiscal Year 2010 be approved and adopted. Commissioner Daley called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:

The motion to approve CARRIED and the Levy of Taxes for the Fiscal Year 2010 was APPROVED AND ADOPTED.
Commissioner Daley, seconded by Commissioner Silvestri, moved to reconsider the vote by which the Levy of Taxes for the Fiscal Year 2010 was approved and adopted. Commissioner Daley called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:

Commissioner Murphy, seconded by Commissioner Steele, moved to authorize settlement and payment of the outstanding 2007 Pension Obligation in a lump sum payment plus interest at a rate not to exceed 2.75% to be paid through the issuance of a short term note. Commissioner Peraica called for a Roll Call, the vote of yeas and nays being as follows:
